Project: “Mi Lugar Favorito” Website
Solution: To support the Latin American launch of Sony Ericsson’s new C702 model with image geo-tagging, Media 8 created the “Yo @ Mi Lugar Favorito” campaign. The website recreates the geo-tagging experience by allowing users to post images of their favorite places, tag them and add them into a map that integrates Google Maps functionality. Pictures competed for the most popular, with visitors voting online. The author of the winning picture received a free new C702 phone.
